Experienced trainers are on hand throughout the classes to supervise your workout and help with any questions, however if it is your first time we recommend that you arrive about 15 minutes early so we can help you put on your hand wraps and show you around the gym.
The weekday classes provide an authentic boxing training experience that is accessible for everyone regardless of age, experience or gender. Our fully equipped boxing gym, friendly atmosphere and expert trainers offer a great training environment to ensure you get the most out of your workout. The classes are designed to make exercise fun and interesting and up-tempo background music is always playing to keep you motivated.
Most of the training is done in pairs with the classes structured into three stages :
We begin the classes by pairing you up with another gym member and teach you various boxing drills for warmup.
The next stage of the class is boxing-based circuit training which is designed as an all-over body workout to boost your fitness and hone your technique. We finish the class as a group with a ‘cardio blast’ which also includes bodyweight exercises (abs, press ups etc) and a final warm down and stretch.
